Cottons Bay sells fine home linens, including duvet covers, quilts, coverlets and pillowcases, and delivers across Pakistan. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Cottons Bay.
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting, and small variations in texture, weave and size can occur in natural cotton products. Sizes, contents and availability can change, so we confirm them with you before your order is finalised.
Prices are not displayed on our website. The price of your order, including any delivery charges, is confirmed with you on WhatsApp, phone or email before the order is finalised. Prices may change without notice, but we will never change the price of an order you have already confirmed.
You can order in two ways:
An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you, with the final price, delivery details and payment method. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the information provided is incomplete. In that case, we will let you know.
Payment is not collected on our website. We will confirm the available payment options with you when we confirm your order, such as cash on delivery or bank transfer. Please make payment only after we have confirmed your order and shared the payment details directly with you.
We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and delivered within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation. These are estimates, and delivery may take longer because of your location, weather, public holidays or courier delays. Please give us a complete and correct address and a working phone number so that delivery goes smoothly.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, please refer to our returns and exchanges policy above.
If you submit a review, you confirm that it is honest and based on your own experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.
